Cilj vjezbanja nije da povecate broj grudnjaka, nego da vamgrudi postanu cvrsce. Ovim vjezbama djelovat cete na tri podrucjatijela: ledja (jer visoke grudi nisu moguce bez pravilnog drzanja), rukei ramena.</p><br>One vam pruzaju da povecate volumen poprsja oblikujuci mu gornji dio.Male grudi dobit ce lijep oblik, a vece ce se podici vise. Razliku ceteprimijetiti nakon mjesec-dva ako vjezbate svaki dan.
