    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=63612">Novak-44</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11429<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2020 at 18:05<br /><br />Pozdrav,svima i podrška svima naročito Zagrebu,nabavio sam kosu klupu za trbušnjake na koljoj radim i kosi benc,imam jednoručni uteg od 25 kg,dva utega od 5 kila i medium gumu.S obzirom na moje stanje koje znaju i gym,just,i onaj barba&#128522;,treniram kod kuće po programu Daria Žinića,tip mi se čini ok.Ima par dana da me lumbalni dio kralježnice ubija,dali je moguće da je od trčanja i to sam ubacio,cca 7,8,km ali tene su mi rascvjetane,uz to imam ravna stopala,Ima tko kakav savjet.Pozdrav i nedajmo se.]]>

Imaš program, ne? Dakle, ako ti piše u programu, leđa: <br />1. Lat pulldown ispred glave 3x12-15<br />2.Lat pulldown iza glave 3x12-15=jednoručno veslanje 3x12-15<br />3. Lat pulley ili veslanje na spravi 3x12-15<br />4. Hiperekstenzija 3x12-15<br />Ja bi radila sve po progreamu, samo umjesto Lat pulldown iza glave radila jednoručno veslanje bučicom. Isto 3x12-14<br /><br />Ako za prsa piše: <br />1. Ravni bench/Kosi bench 3x12-15=Nekad floor press ili mašina 3x12-15<br />2. Sklekovi<br />3. Razvlačenja 3x12-15<br />Ja bi nekad umjesto ravnog bencha ubacila floor press. I radila možda jednom pa drugom rukom. Nekima tako zna bit lakše, možeš probat pa vidjet paše li ti. Nekad bi umjesto obje te vježbe stavila spravu za chest press, pa nju radila uz recimo kosi bench 3x12-15, a umjesto ravnog. Kužiš?<br />Scottov pregib bi radila umjesto jednoručnog stojećeg pregiba. Kužiš što hoću reći?]]>
