G-om za pocetak smanji to na 3 treninga a kasnije povecaj na pet u koliko si pocetnik.<br><br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1017">Lubenica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1142<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2008 at 18:06<br /><br />Pozdrav svima! <br><br>Ja sam pocetnik u teretani, poceo prije par dana.<br>Vježbe sam si ovako rasporedio:<br>Ponedjeljak: prsa i biceps<br>Utorak:  jeđa i triceps<br>Srijeda: noge i ramena<br>cetvrtak: isto kao i ponedjeljak<br>Petak: isto kao i utorak<br>Subota: odmor<br>Nedjelja: odmor<br><br>Zanima me da li je bolje kombinirati ovako kako ja radim (prsa i bicep, leđa i trriceps) ili je bolje (prsa i triceps, leđa i biceps). Ako je bolje&nbsp; ovo drugo molim vas da objasnite zašto. Obišao sam razne forume, jedni rade ovako, drugi onako.<br><br>Unaprijed hvala!<br>]]>
