   <title>Cikliranje UH : Cao ekipa! Odlucila sam se za...</title>

Evo ovako treniram 4 puta tjedno, znaci ponedjeljak, utorak, srijeda i cetvrtak ili petak ovisi, i na dane treninga bih unosila 100 g uh, ostale dane 50,  nedjeljom skoro pa nista. Od bamirnica vec znam sto da sto ne. Unosim oko 1400 kcal dnevno. Eto slobodno mritizirajte ako ne valja &#129312;&#129312;&#129312;]]>
