Cilj mi je dobiti nekih 6-8 kg pa se nakon toga dobro izdefinirat. Molio bi nekog da mi napiše program za izgradnju mišicne mase sa objašnjenjem pojedinih vježbi.<br><br>Unaprijed hvala!<br>]]>
