Kod masaže prije treninga ili natjecanja intenzitet, tj. jacina masiranja je jaca i krace traje, nego poslije treninga, da ne dode do prevelikog opuštanja mišica, nego da mišici ostanu u laganom tonusu, kako bi bili ucinkovitiji, pa se stoga primjenjuju hvatovi koji podižu mišicni tonus i istovremeno ih dobro prokrvljuju..!]]>
