    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=44965">Vincehius</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11247<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2018 at 09:48<br /><br />Pozdrav, treniram doma i interesira me dali je ovo ok, sa 5 day splita sam presao na upper/lower body program.<br />Znaci<br /><br />Dan 1 <br />Gornji dio tijela<br /><br />Zgibovi 4 serije (do otkaza)<br />Veslanje u pretklonu 4 serije 10-12 ponavljanja<br />bench press 4 serije 6-10 ponavljanja<br />sklekovi 4 serije (do otkaza) ili kosi bench press sa bucicama 4 serije 10-12<br />military press 4 serija 7-10 ponavljanja<br />letenje sa bucicama 4 serije 10-12 ponavljanja<br /><br />Dan 2<br />Siroki cucnjevi 3 serije 7-10 ponavljanja<br />uski cucnjevi 3 serije 7-10 ponavljanja<br />Iskoraci 4 serije 20 iskoraka(svaka noga 10)<br />Stojeca ekstenzija listova super serija od 4 ponavljanja svaka noga 10-15 ponavjanja<br /><br />dan odmora<br /><br />opet dan 1 i dan 2<br /><br />Znam da je ovo dobar program za dobivanje mase(to mi je cilj)no dali moram mjenjat jako puno vjezbe kod dana 1 i dana 3 odnosno dana 2 i dana 4 da budu razlicite.<br />Vjzebam doma pa nemam puno opcija kao u teretani, a kroz 8 tjedana mislim preci nazad na split program pa sada svaki savjet je dobrodošao.<br />Hvala unaprijed LP<br /><br />]]>
