    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=988">may-be</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1124<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2008 at 19:06<br /><br />&nbsp;EVO OVAKO, imam 30 god, 65 kg, visok sam š73 (šmrc). prije nekih mjesec i pol sam krenuo u teretanu, i do sada sam radio sve po pravilima...ali kako sam se sada vec disciplinirao u odlascima (3 puta tjedno teretana, jedanput tjedno orbitrek po sat vremena i jedanput tjedno yoga), trudim se ne zabušavati, zanima me kokretno ako mi netko može savjetovati što jesti ( znaci baš ono dorucak, rucak, vecera međuobroci). proucio sam upute, znam da treba određeni broj grama ugljikohidrata i proteina po kologramu težine, ali iskreno, skroz sam se pogubio i ne znam kako to pretvoriti u konkretne obroke, jer na sto sajtova sto oprecnih i razlicitih savjeta.... e, da, radim vježbe za mišicnu definiciju<br><br>p.s. koji od preparata bi bili dobri kao dodatak prehrani (whey protein ili?)<br><br>sorry na gnjavaži, i HVALA unaprijed!<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by may-be</span>]]>
