Dan leda biceps i trbušne misice..<br /><br />50minuta...3-4 seta za svaku vježbu..odmor minuta između setova.<br /><br />Sto se tice teretane,krenut cu ja opet ali  utezi kod kuce su mi taman trenutno.<br /><br />S trenerom sam dobio oko 2 kg...uglavnom poanta je da su vjezbe bile super i sve ali očito prehrana ne valja.<br /><br /><br />Pozz<br /><br /><br />]]>
