Kila, bodifet.. itd. Sad da ne spamamo..<br /><br />Ako je poslije tegova i tako kratak neka opcija sa HIIT bi odlicno dosla!<br />Ne vise od 3/4 puta tjedno. Ovisno o tome kako se osjecas, koliko jedes i koliko si vec dugo na dijeti (ako uopce jesi). <br /><br />Jer ako si nisko sa kcal opcenito i dugo dijetaris, hiit moze stvarat poprilican stres i otezan oporavak nakon..<br /><br />U tom slucaju ako je potrebno, vise sam za opciju nekog oblika duzeg, ali laganijeg inteziteta!<br /><br />Ali ako se osjecas dobro i pase ti..<br />Samo deri!]]>

Odnosno 10se jede, najcesce preskace dorucak rani. <br />I poslije zadnjeg obroka predvece/navece posti 14sati ]]>
