Dijeta sama po sebi nema smisla jer jednostavno nije moguce držati se ovog rasporeda obroka dugorocno. <br>Smršaviš u roku tjedan dva, ali i oslabiš. I kaj onda ?? Vratiš se starim navikama i opet si nigdje..<br>Osoba koja želi smršaviti, po meni, treba usvojiti režim prehrane kakav dugorocno može zadovoljiti i njene ukuse i potrebe, a da je s druge strane tako izbalansirana da je zdrava..<br><br>P.S. što se tice ugljikohidrata, osnovna stvar kod njih je glikemijski index, odnosno kod konzumacije istih bi trebali paziti da njihov GI bude što niži..<br>]]>

Ukoliko se dijeta provodi više puta za redom, preporucava se napravit pauzu nakon 5.dana. Npr.provodit dijetu od ponedjeljka do petka i onda pauzu za vikend pa opet ponovno. E i kupite neki dvd s jednostavnim vježbama, pa bar 3,4 puta tjedno vježbajte po š5, 20 min dnevno.
