Jedini nacin za gubitak masnog tkiva je kalorijski deficit, koji naravno ovisi o tvom cjelokupnom dnevnom/tjednom meniu.<br>A ako je pitanje o ovom drugom, da neke studije ukazale su na to da ima povoljan utjecaj na regulaciju kolesterola, medjutim opet, samostalno ulje nece pomoci, ukoliko sama prehrana i nekakav oblik aktivnosti nisu balansirali optimalno.<div><br></div><div>Dvije cajne zlicice generalno bi trebale biti uredu, no to ovisi vise o samoj kolicini epa/dha u te dvije zlicice, tvojoj tjelesnoj konstituciji/kilazi i naravno, tvojim potrebama..</div>]]>
