Ovo drugo jos moze proci. Evo i mene u potrazi za savjetom. Naime, ja sam strasno mrsava, listove skoro da ni nemam! <br />Kupila sam steper, radim vjezbe za listove na stepenicama, uglavnom sve sto sam uspjela naci. Uzimam whey proteine, <br />Nazalost nisam u mogucnosti ni vremenski ni financijski ici u teretanu ili platiti osobnog trenera. E sad, moje pitanje glasi: koje vjezbe za listove su najbolje a da nisu na spravama u teretani? Koliko wheya dnevno uzimati? Hvala svima! Super ste!]]>
