Ukoliko povecas misice a salo se ne istopi samo ce vise doci do izrazaja posebno bokovi i prsa.. Zato deri kardio ali i trening snage. Pohano je veliki problem...puno losih masnoca...to izbaci i izbaci prevelike kolicine UH. Baziraj se na piletini puretini od mesa + tu i tamo moze i crveno meso (nije striktno zabranjeno :) ) posni sir i tuna....prilozi po volji naravno ne pomfri nego neko kuhano povrce itd...imas dost o tome na forumu..</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Pa me zanima da li moram samo derat cardio da maknem te masne naslage , pogotovo po prsima i trbuhu il da normalno vjezbam ( utezi, sprave,sklekovi etc.) . I znam malo me muci prehrana, ne hranim se previse zdravo, ajde izbjegavam grickalice al dosta jedem pohanog ( problem ili)<br><br><br>Hvala!!<br><br><br><br>P.S Evo slike<br><br><br>http://imgur.com/a/HPdYN]]>
