Tijelo jecilj, sve ostalo cime se postigne ucinak vježbanja je sredstvo.<br>&nbsp;</td></tr></table> <br><br>U ovome smislu, svoje tijelo dozivljavam i kao subjekt i kao objekt i kao spravu, iako to je malo nezgodan izraz, pa cu reci sredstvo umjesto toga.<br><br>Subjekt jer ja radim (stogod da radim), a ja jesam i tijelo izmedju ostalog.<br>Objekt jer njega razvijam, mijenjam itd., tj. da, ono je cilj.<br>A sredstvo, jer mi tijelo zamjenjuje npr. utege svojom tezinom.
