    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=49758">Elephatn777</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10977<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2017 at 14:41<br /><br />Pozdrav,<div><br></div><div>nisam pro ali ovisno o tipu misicnih vlakana koja su kod tebe vise zastupljena i ovisno o tebi "najbolji" programi ( ala 5x5 , FST-7..........) ti mogu odlicno funkcionirati a i nemoraju gotovo uopce tako da neki blueprint "ne" postoji...pa zato i necu komenturati nesto puno tvoj program.</div><div><br></div><div>A sto se hipertrofije tice....svi se kunu u kompleksne vjezbe sa vecim kilazama cca 80 posto od tvog maxa sa 3-6 (ponekad i 8) ponavljanja...pa eventualno za kraj trening ubaciti neku superseriju sa vise ponavljanja i cca 50-60 posto tvog maxa....mozda cak i ne trenkat 4 puta tjedno a ne 5 (naravno nesto brutalnije)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I da....djabe i najbolji suplementi i trening ako klopa nije a1 i ako se ne odmara dovoljno.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Lp</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=44965">Vincehius</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10977<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2017 at 11:57<br /><br />Ovako, imao sam program vjezbanja 3x tjedno<br />Prsa biceps<br />Triceps ledja<br />Noge ramena<br />Novi program ukljucuje krace trebinge viseg intenziteta<br /><br />Dan 1<br />Prsa trbuh<br />Dan 2<br />Ledja<br />Dan 3<br />Ruke trbuh<br />Dan 4<br />Noge<br />Dan 5<br />Ramena<br />Dan 6<br />Odmor/hit/nogomet<br />Dan 7<br />Odmor<br /><br />Svaki trening traje od 30-45 minuta ovisno o kojem danu se radi,<br />Radim minimalno 5 vjezbi sa unjerenim kilazama po 4 serije/ubacim i superserije ali pravimno i polako radim radi hipertrofije misica.<br />Cilj mi je dobit misicnu masu, prehrana mi je dosta solidna, odmor takodjer.<br />Bilo kakav savjet je pozeljan<br />]]>
