    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=33666">raverica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10909<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2017 at 16:35<br /><br />Raspitala sam se vec, taj trener mi je preporucio to. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /><br />A za ishranu se trudim da bude sto vise raznovrsna, sto vise voca,povrca i porcije nisu tako obilne nego trudim se da jedem svaka 2-3h ali pomalo uvijek,da se ne prejedam.. evo otprilike jelovnik izgleda ovako:<br />Dorucak (zobene,mlijeko, banana,neki orasasti plodovi.. / kuhana jaja, kruh po mogucnosti integralni ili zobeni, sirni namaz).. nakon 2h opet nesto pojedem ,neko voce ugl.<br />Pola sata prije treninga pojedem bananu ili neko dr.voce.<br />Rucak-nakon treninga (neka tjestenina, pileci file domaci,kuhano i svjeze povrce uz to,ako nije tjestenina onda jedem kruh)<br />I obavezno meso pecem na maslinovom ulju ili maslacu.<br />Opet nakon 2-3h jedem ako je ostalo sta od rucka ili pravim nesto drugo ,npr.svjezi sir i crveni luk/ riba iz konzerve (skusa) uvijek nesto skombiniram s tim... <br />Za veceru nekad salaticu napravim ili ,inace u kasnije sate izbjegavam kruh..<br />Cesto znam i smoothie napraviti za ujutro i ubacim voca dosta,svjeze,smrznuto i dodam orah,badem,chia.. <br />Eto uglavnom tako :)]]>

Narucila sam si ProMass gainer prije nekoliko dana i sad me zanima koliko cesto trebam da pijem? Jedan trener mi je rekao svaki dan da pijem, a kada treniram da popijem 35g prije treninga i 35 nakon treninga (preporuceno je 70g dnevno),a kada ne treniram taj dan da smiksam 70g onako izmedju obroka i popijem tako..Naravno,zelim da se udebljam.. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> A citam na netu da uopce nije dobro prije treninga gainer ni da se pije.. sad me buni to sve... <br />evo malo vise o tom proizvodu:<br />http://www.fitnesspower.eu/shop/en/gejneri/772-muscle-care-pro-mass.html]]>
