    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=950">aston.rapid</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1087<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2008 at 15:16<br /><br />Pa jelovnik mi izgleda otprilike ovako: za dorucak obavezno jedem muslije sa tekucim jogurtom ili mljekom, između dorucka i rucka neko voce tipa banane, jabuke...za rucak malo obilnije s tim da mi 50% rucka cine ugljikohidrati, 30% proteini. Onda između rucka i treninga (znaci između š3.00-š7.00) pojedem opet neko voce, pa u š7.00-š7.30 opet neke spore ugljikohidrate jer u š9.00 imam trening, pa poslje treninga proteinski shake. I onda obavezno 8 sati spavanja. Tako mi izgleda prehrana za vrijeme treninga, a za ove dane kad bi išao u teretanu bi možda jeo više obroka po manje. Jel to dovoljno dobro? <br>]]>

Uravnoteži treninge i prehranu (ili smanji treninge ili pojacaj prehranu/supl/odmor), dovoljno odmaraj i vec si na pola puta do uspjeha!<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=950">aston.rapid</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1087<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2008 at 00:41<br /><br />Pozdrav svima!<br>Trebam savjete u vezi treninga, a moj problem glasi ovako: treniram savate box (za one koji ne znaju, to je slicno kickboxu) nekih 7 mjeseci, imam treninge 3 puta tjedno (pon-sri-pet) po sat i pol i vrlo su visokog intenziteta. Visok sam š93cm i imam 8škg, što bi znacilo da sam malo mršav i mislio sam u dane između ovih treninga, znaci u utorak i cetvrtak ubaciti vježbe u teretani za povecanje mišicne mase. Ne pretjerivati, nego se primjerice fokusirati na jednu ili dvije mišicne skupine i vrlo intenzivno ih raditi tako da trening u teretani odradim u sat vremena primjerice. Imam vrlo brz metabolizam i mogu puno pojesti, bez da se nakuplja salo. Znaci više sam ugljikohidrat tip organizma. Sad mene zanima, jel se moji mišici stignu odmarat i rasti s obzirom na tu kombinaciju treninga ili cu se dovesti u fazu pretreniranosti i ništa od povecanja mišica? <br>]]>
