Nema na cemu, ako imas kakvo pitanje mozes u box]]>

A sto se tice toga BCCA bolje ga nemoj piti nakon treninga, em ga trosis vise i prije i poslije a skup je em nema potrebe za njime nakon treninga...:)]]>

Ili sve zasebno? Jel mi trener jučer veli da on mješa Whey i Creatine zajedno u jedan shake, u posebni shake BCAA. Ponekada izmješa sva 3 i popije. To radi zato je mu sva 3 suplementa odmah ulaze u mišić.<br><br>E, sad... kako piti? Pitam jer me zanima da li se gube svojstva suplemenata ako se sve skupa izmješa?<br>]]>
