Ali gdje su noge? Ako možeš par primjera ostaviti tu da pogledam, ako radiš na gubitku masnog tkiva , zato ćeš morati poslagati si prehranu da bude u skladu sa gubljenjem masnog tkiva , kao i treninzi... <br><br>Plank vježba ti baš i nije izbog za topljenje masnog tkiva več ČUČANJ :) Kao i ostale vježbe koje aktiviraju što veći mišićni rad : Bench Veslanje Mrtvo Dizanje Zgibovi Rameni potisak itd...<br><br>sad ne znam kako izgleda pošalji koju slikicu da vidimo stanje.dali bih trebali kardia ..ili možda treninge pojačati prehranu...malo se raspiši ...pa ćemo vidjeti pozz :) By D<br>]]>
