    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=42465">2Weights</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10770<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2016 at 17:20<br /><br />Smanji treninge, 3 puta tjedno... ako već želiš što više, onda odradi 5 puta tjedno ali stavi si treninge tipa 30-40 minuta neka budu dobri, i malo se igraj sa ugljikohidratima probaj cikliranje odraditi... tipa 2 dana kada radiš visoki intezitet stavi 390 uh-a 2 srednnja dana 315 i lakši dani 240.....<br><br>Ja radim na sistemu 5x7 tjedno i sljedeći tjedan 3x7 ...uzmi si koju amino za suplimente ako već imaš posloženu prehranu malo da ti da na boljoj sintezi proteina i unosu by D poz <br>]]>

Zapoceo sam raditi ovu rutinu,ali me zanima par stvari. Koliko vjezbi, seta i repsa da radim po misicnoj skupini? Koje su vjezbe kao "must" za imat u svom treningu? I kako najbolje napredovat? Ovo bi radio 6x tjedno sto je mozda puno, ali jako volim ic u gym svaki dan vec ssm se naviko tako da to nije problem. Jedino sto vjerojatno treninzi nisu bili bas efektivni, ali evo sad tu pitam zato za savijet. Svaku pomoc cijenim :).]]>
