Zato pitam imas li trenera koji ce ocjeniti formu cucnja koji nije preko paralele? Ako si cucnila 100 kg jedaput, to je tvoj 1RM. Ovisno o cilju koji zelis postici se moze odgovoriti na ovo pitanje. Primjerice ja se pripremam za PL natjecanje i ne probijam na svakom treningu kilazu nego radim na otprilike 89-90% RM-a i radim 5ice pa 3ice. Kilazu probijam tj pokusam probit otprilike svaki 4 trening. Sve ovisi o treneru i njegovom principu treninga. <br />Što se tiče treninga svakako ako se radi na snazi i sto prijem oporavku preporucam whey, desktrozu i aminokiseline kao pwm te u prvom krutom obroku poslije UH+P]]>

E sada...da li da se vraćam na tih 100 kg i sljedeći trening (radim jednom tjedno ) ili da čekam dok nebudem mogla izvesti čučanj do kraja? Da li postoji mogućnost ozljede ako ne čučnem do kraja? <br />I neznam vise sto da jedem posle takvog treninga? Uvijek popijem power mass i amino-x ili jedem jaja.]]>
