Onako, što posloženije po obrocima...doručak ovo, ručak ono, međuobrok...<br /><br />E, i što se ručka tiče...naslušala sam se tog "jedem što je skuhano, pa se vi mislite" :D Bilo bi dobro da bar okvirno napišeš što ulazi u to skuhano...da li se tu da izvući nešto korisno..i koliko je to količinski...bar otprilike...come on....morate malo probudit tu svjesnost o tome koliko di čega ima ;)<br /><br /><br />I hvataj se opterećenja, da. Posao zahtjeva puno sjedenja i kile su se nakupile. Prije sam pio jako puno Coca-Cole i jeo junk food pa na 180 cm trenutno imam 92.5 kg. Nisam krupan, ruke, noge su normalne ali imam trbuh i to okrugao kao Obelix. <br />Prije sam išao u teretanu i kad se počnu vidjeti rezultati odustanem, krenem opet upoznam curu u teretani i opet prekinem, krenem opet onda zbob posla nisam stigao... <br />Sad sam napokon odlučio reći dosta i posvetiti se teretani. <br /><br />Plan je dobiti definiciju i utegnuti se te skinuti trbuh, ne tražim nikakve extra rezultate niti mi je cilj pločice.<br />Sad pitanje planiram 3 put tjedno u teretanu i prvi mjesec sam mislio sam traka za trčanje i orbitrek kako bih otopio mast, a onda bih ubacio ostale vježbe.<br /><br />Doručak mi je obavezno integralno pecivo ako ga već jedem, par puta tjedno 2 kuhana jaja, BioAktiv LGG, voće (banane, jabuke). Dakle to jedem dok sam na poslu, otprilike 2 puta za vrijeme radnog vremena i onda doma ručam (dakle jedem sve ono što je doma skuhano, tako da tu nemam puno opcija), ne večeram nakon 18 sati više ništa. Još sam mislio ubaciti whey nakon treninga, sad trebam li nešto promijeniti ili nešto dodati?<br /><br />Hvala svima na pomoći, svi komentari su dobrodošli  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
