Zelim poceti sada u mladoj dobi da bi mi kasnije bilo lakse a i da nemam zdravstvenih problema.&nbsp;</div><div>Informacije o meni: 14 god., 170 cm, 65 kg. Mozda odmah mislite da je to ogromna kilaza u odnosu na visinu ,ali zapravo i nije tako lose kako se cini (ne planiram bas ici na djete ako je moguce). U srednjoj sam formi, mogu napravit dosta zgibova itd tako da nisam bas na samom pocetku, dosta se krecem preko dana i vjezbam 10 serija po 5 zigbova propadanja...&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Znaci ako bi mi netko mogao pomoci sa vjezbama koje bih trebao koristiti da dodem do nekog malo jaceg levela (pretezno bih htio ruke, core, abs...)</div><div>Puno hvala svima koji se potrude pomoci mi na bilo koji nacin.
