Od sljedeceg mjeseca planiram krenut u teretanu. Eh, tu dolazi do problema. Nikad nisam isla u teretanu, do sada je to sve bilo orbitrek kuci ili grupni treninzi (insanity,neke aerobic stvari). Cilj mi je istopiti potkozno masno tkivo i koliko-toliko oblikovat tijelo. Visoka sam 160 cm i teska 66 kg. Zelim sto vise vasih savjeta, kako,sta, koliko, koje vjezbe raditi, pa ako je moguce da zajedno sastavimo nekakav trening.<br />Unaprijed hvala svima koji ce mi rado pomoci! :*]]>
