E sad, ja bih to razdjelio u dva treninga, jedan oko 8 ujutro, drugi oko 21, pa me zanimaju savjeti što bi mi sa čim bilo najpametnije odraditi i kada, da bih kolko-tolko izvukao maksimalno iz svega..hvala !  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
