Pretpostavljam da je neka tuna u igri, možda i mljeveno meso tu i tamo. Jesi kad probao zapeči sa svježim sirom (ja napravim smjesu od sira. jogurta, jaja i origana pa prelijem preko pašte) ili napraviti sa jajima i recimo šunkom? Onak...skuhaš paštu, ocijediš vodu, vratiš u posudicu, ubaciš jaja i šunkicu narezanu na kockice pa lijepo promiješaš dok se jaja ne naprave i imaš brz i fin obrok...i uravnotežen&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>Si mislio uz ovo tvoje neki proteinski prilog? Nije smak svijeta ni to prženje ponekad ali onako...ima i boljih varijanti :)</div>]]>

Recimo kao obrok prije treninga, neki obrok ujutro i sl.. Tjestenina i krušne mrvice.. Tjestenina se skuha na normalan način u vodi te kada bude gotova krušne mrvice se podgriju na tavi (uz malo ulja) i doda se tjestenina i sve se skupa promiješa.. Šta kažete na takav obrok ako je u pitanju masa ? Da li bi Vi uzimali ponekad ?</div><div>Već mi je dosadila ista prehrana, sve mi se vrti u krug pa tražim nešto novo, malo drugačije itd..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" alt="Dead" title="Dead" /></div><div><br></div><div>Hvala</div>]]>
