Prije bih rekao izgladnjivanje i usporavanje metabolizma. <br>Radiš tipicne pocetnicke greške, izgladnjivanje, premalo obroka, premalo proteina, premalo aktivnosti, a one aktivnosti koje izvodiš više se mogu nazvati mucenjem i onda je jasno kako opada motivacija. U tvome slucaju koliko vidim nedostaje ti energije tokom dana, nemaš volje za naporne treninge (jer ono što ti radiš ne možeš nazvati vježbanjem), a ako se još javio kg gore, vjerojatno je kortizol porastao u suradnji sa stresom.<br><br>šta napraviti (prije svega da si citala forum ne bih ja morao sada ovo raditi):<br>-definitivno više proteina u svakom obroku<br>-<span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">izracunati kolike su kalorijske potrebe za održavanje bazalnog metabolizma i u skladu s tim odrediti kalorijski unos</span><br>-povecati tjelesne aktivnosti (intenzitet i volumen)<br>-više povrca (vlakna)<br>-više obroka pravilno kombiniranih (p+m, ili p+u)<br>-pratiti napredak i bilježiti unesene kalorije tokom dana, tjedan itd<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zoki</span>]]>
