Nepotrebno bacanje love, opterecivanje organizma i psihe oko brojki koje nisu bitne jer ionako tijelo nece iskorisiti visak proteina za ono kaj bi mi htjeli. Vise nije bolje,tak da radje poraditi na metodama treninga koji ce daleko vise utjecati na rezultat nego razmisljati o gramu proteina vise ili manje i brinuti dal jedemo dost proteina.</div>]]>
