Ali i da uvijek nekako gađaš istu skupinu namirnica....recimo nije isto jedan dan za večeru pojesti griz....a drugi piletinu i povrće&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />&nbsp;Standardizacija tih obroka bi ti malo pomogla da si ustanoviš na što ti tijelo najbolje reagira i koliko ti uopće kcal treba...</div><div><br></div><div>Jesi pogledala tu naše primjere jelovnika pod Nutricionizam?
