    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14699">Dede</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10532<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2016 at 13:53<br /><br />Pozz trebam savjet.Znaci poceo sam se pripremat za policijsku akademiju, problem je sto imam 107 kg i moram skinuti 10 kila do 4. mjeseca no uz skidanje kila moram malo i ojacat jer tamo ima vjezbe koje se moraju&nbsp; proci. Trbusnjaci s pretklonom, propadanja, poligon unatrag, skok u dalj i trcanje na 2,4km<br><br>Trcim vec tjedan dana 2,5 km prvi dan kad sam krenuo trebalo mi je 15 minuta jucer sam otrco za 13:34 vidi se napredak heheh. Nastavio bih trcati jos ovaj tjedan 2,5km pa bi slj. tjedan povecao kilometrazu i od danas bi ubacio sklekove trbusnjake i sunozne skokove na poviseno na neku kutiju. <br><br>Sta se tice hrane jeo bi sve normalno sto stara skuha samo bi izbacio kruh odnosno pojeo bi integralni kruh ujutro, za rucak i veceru nebi jeo kruh i naravno izbacio sam sokove i slatkise to je najveci krivac za moju pretilost.<br><br>Dal mislite da bi s tim tempom uspio ostvarit cilj do 4. mjeseca?I sta bi mi jos preporucili?<br>]]>
