Molim vas jedan savjet. S obzirom  da sam primjetila koji kg više no inace htjela bih to skinuti pa me zanima što je bolji izbor, trčanje natašte ili brzo hodanje (Na traci)? Inače radim 3x tjedno vježbe snage + 30 min trčanja, no sad bi ubacila i 1-2 treninga natašte u svrhu skidanja viška. Hvala :)]]>

Možete li mi dati neke savjete za vježbe u teretani.. najviše bi htjela skinuti salo sa trbuha i bokova.. <br />Htjela bi probati neki dodatak prehrani,ali ne znam koji bi bio najbolji.
