    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=34862">martaa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10525<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2016 at 09:30<br /><br />169 cm, 60 kg. 6 dana u tjednu vježbam.. nekad samo jači tempo uz kominiranje sa HIITom na orbitreku, nekad oribtrek i još pola sata nekih vježbi (tipa sa fitness blendera, kayla itsines ili 21 day fix)- koliko stignem s obzirom na dnevni raspored i obveze<br>radim u školi, nije dinamično, al ni ne sjedim cijeli dan.na posao i s posla idem pješke (2,2 km u jedom smjeru) godina 35 :/<br>]]>

Pojacat cu to. Inace- ne zazirem nesto od UH, samo pazim<br />Da su zdravi...zobene, proso, integralna riza i tako to..<br />UH sam poela smanjivat zadnjih dana vise zaludjena tim mirovanjem cijelog tijela. Ne znam kako da sve opet pokrenem.. Prestanak pusenja mi je skroz zeznuo stvar]]>
