Ovo za "fuj" hranu me malo nasmijalo hahah nema emocija u hrani, a i ak ti je sir nešto fuj, onda bogami nisi dosta stvari probao. Ja čim nemam ništa konkretno za pojest, samo udri po zobenim ili siru i mlijeku u bilo koje doba dana, ništa jednostavnije. Ako ništa uzmi 3 sirova jaja, i popij i eto ti ovih "15" ako već normalno ne ide.]]>

Ajde da si reko 50 razumio bi, ali 15 sim tam. Jedan dan uzmes malo vise, drugi manje, ne bude ti se nis dogodilo. Pojedi komad piletie, 3 jaja, 100g sira ili pilece/purece de luxe sunke, konzervu tune..     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=33963">Ozy777</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10506<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2016 at 20:43<br /><br />Pozz,pokušavam naći neki kvalitetan međuobrok koji ne treba pripremati(barem ne dugo) i koji ima dosta proteina...<br />Pokušao sam sa proteinskim pločicama,preskupe su i malo odvratne da budem iskren...<br />Probao sam isto feta kruha sa posnim sirom,fuj ne mogu smislit posni sir...<br />Pa sam došao na ideju grčkog jogurta ali nigdje se ne može naći grčki,samo kao grčki tip što je zapravo običan malo gušći jogurt...<br /><br />Pa ima li netko ideju jer mi je to veliki problem,dnevno mi i fali otprilike nekih 15g proteina pa bi mi neki mali međuobroci koji daju po recimo 5g proteina bili taman...<br />Hvala  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
