Imam kod kuce sobnu biciklu i znaci poceo bih raditi s njom  sat vremena 6 dana i to bih jos kombinirao sa nekim vjezbama poput cucnjeva, sklekova i trbusnjaka (trazim jos neke vjezbe koje bih mogao kombinirati sa ovima, sve je vise manje dobro doslo jer imam puno snage pogotovo u gornjem dijelu tijela). Znaci vjezbao bih otprilike 2 sata dnevno 6 dana a sto se tice prehrane samo bih smanjio obroke i izbjegavao kruh i  tjesteninu (neki savjet jos) i povecao bih broj obroka na 3-4 jer trenutno imam samo 2 obroka od kojih se ubijem naravno i onda legnem spavat i slicno. Takodjer izbacio bih sokove, slatkise i grickalice.<br /><br /><br />Mislite da bih sa ovim planom mogao uspijeti? Sta jos trebam dodati odnosno izbaciti? ]]>
