Cilj mi je smrsaviti do 1. travnja 5 do 6 kg koje sam dobila zadnjih 6 mjeseci. Bavim se body pumpom 3 godine i imam cvrsto tijelo,ali visak masnog tkiva...svugdje pomalo&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" />&nbsp;zbucila sam se u rukama,trbuhu i bedrima i sad sama sebi izgledam nabildano i ogromno. Planiram s body pumpa preci na teretanu i fokusirati se na cardio. E sad.. plan mi je raditi 4-5 puta tjedno u trajanju oko 30 min vise manje. Nisam tocno sigurna odakle poceti, ali znam da zelim ic postepeno jer 5 kg nije tesko skinuti u 4 mjeseci&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><br>Imate li kakve prijedloge za trening?
