No, praktični su i za razne zdravije varijante palačinki, muffina, proteinskih peciva..</div><div><br></div><div>Ja sam najčešće radila omlete tako da bi si stavila recimo 1 dcl bjelanjaka na 1 cijelo jaje. Tako bi uštedila jaja&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;U to bi znala pobacati malo pureće šunke, i povrća ako bi imala, tipa crvenih paprika......začinila bi origanom, nekad curryem, s malo kajenskog papra, zalila sa malo umaka od rajčice....i eto veselice :) uz malo povrća sa strane divota....možeš ubaciti i malo sira (običnog ili posnog) .....eto, već imaš par varijanti ;)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
