Ok ako želiš škrob jesti samo tada ali zašto si izbacila vlakna općenito tokom cijelog dana? Moraš jesti povrće uz te proteine, ne znam koliko ćeš izdržati ovako....prije nego eksplodiraš&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div><div><br></div><div>Nije za zezati se sa konstipacijom, i ne znam čemu uopće takav pristup. Ne znam u kojoj si sada fazi niti kakvoj formi težiš ali mislim da ima i lakših načina.</div><div><br></div><div>Ako ti žitarice nisu strane ujutro onda ne vidim razloga da se ne pozabaviš sa zobenima i sličnim&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;A kasnije imaš povrće, sjemenke, orašaste.....2 žličice lana nisu apsolutno ništa na cijeli dan :) S tim da, ako nisi naviknuta na vlakna njihov unos diži pomalo...</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=31214">ohYeah</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10389<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2015 at 14:12<br /><br />planiram unositi ugljikohidrate isključivo za doručak,a ostatak dana bazirati na bjelanjcima i posnom siru,jajima,eventualno i mesu<div>zbog toga,htjela bih isključivo u doručku unositi vlakna ,ali ne znam što bih mogla jesti tada osim voća i u kojoj količini.</div><div>primjetila sam kada u svaki obrok sa jajima i posnim dodam dvije žličice lanenih i dalje imam problema sa konstipacijom,pa sam prema tome zaključila da je to nedovoljan unos vlakana.</div><div>imate li kakav savjet?</div><div>probala sam i sa psyllium prahom otopljenim u vodi,no nikako ga ne uspijem dobro otopiti,a i često mi bude mučno nakon konzumacije.</div>]]>
