    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20432">never-give-up</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10357<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2015 at 20:07<br /><br />Musli - puno secera, bolja opcija zobene ili meni jos najdraza su jaja jer me duze drze sitom.. <br />Med sa muslima, pa cemu toliko uh? :(<br />Mo ti je voce sto su opet uh, mislim pojedi u danu jednu-dvi vocke kroz jutro, nema tu loseg nista.. <br />Ovo malomasno mlijeko, iskreno po svemu koliko sam citala mislim da je bolji izbor obicno, a jos bolje obicni jogurt/kefir jer ima manje secera. <br />Popodnevni medjuobrok opet voce, probaj to zamjeniti sa nekim orasastim plodovima, sirom, nekim dobrim sendvicem, mesom, jajima, salatom.. <br />E i rucak, i vecera mi se cine stvarno kolicinsko malo, u principu sve ovo nekako malo po mom misljenju. Izracunaj bazalni metabolizam , pa pokusaj izracunat to koliko hrane pojedes..<br />Znaci ovo je moje misljenje, nemoj misliti da kritiziram puno, samo pokusavam pomoci :) pohvala za promjenu prehrane i sve to..
