Masti ti ovako neće dolje, samo kilaža, a izgledat ćeš sve gore. Da ne kažem koji bum će to bit kad počneš naglo jesti.</div><div><br></div><div>Tebi trebaju bar duple količine hrane, više proteina i uh-a. Diži te uh-e, ako želiš kroz par dana, malo pomalo, iz obroka u obrok. Moraš vratit tu mišićnu masu i oslobodit zalihe masti koje se drže radi manjka energije. Nisi gladan? Stisnuo si se skroz &nbsp;:)) Diži gramažu svega malo pomalo i doć će ta glad.....kako god bilo, moraš počet više jesti.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=29619">Doktor21</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10310<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2015 at 15:40<br /><br />A gledaj ne znam sta da jedem onda.Evo da vam kazem razliku izmedu moje sadasnje i prijasnje prehrane.<div><br></div><div>Prije:</div><div><br></div><div>Za dorucak bi jeo isto te pahuljice samo sto bi uzeo 100g.</div><div><br></div><div>Za rucak bi jeo isto piletinu,puretinu i ribu,samo sto bi manje jeo povrece.Prolog bi mi bio pomfrit,riza itd.</div><div><br></div><div>Onda bi skoro svaki drugi dan nakon rucka jeo neku pizzu sa coca colom i tim glupostima</div><div><br></div><div>Vecera bi bila ista kao i dorucak.</div><div><br></div><div>Znaci nije neka prevelika razlika u prehrani ako se mene pita osim sto sam izbacio fast food i gazirana pica.Ali evo dajte neki savjet i kako da dodjem do zeljenih rezultata i bio bih jako zahvalan.</div>]]>

Niti ima dovoljno količinom niti dovoljno često hrane. <br /><br />ovo ti nikako nije dobar plan. ]]>
