   <title>PROTEINI : Pozdrav Ekipa.....Evo da malo...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=74371">Colina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10290<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2020 at 06:02<br /><br />Pozdrav Ekipa.....<div>Evo da malo dignem temu....radim, pomalo dosadno pa usput razmisljam ....mogu li bolje i kvalitetnije odradjivati dane ispred sebe, pa mi je palo na pamet da opisem svoje navike, mozda mi neko preporuci neku bolju varijantu.</div><div>Znaci, trenutno sam na brodu, dignem se u 3 ujutro, popijem kavu sa 2 cigarete....odradim posao od 4 do 9, oko 7 ujutro mi stigne dorucak, uglavnom dva kuhana jaja i panceta ( slanina) sa malo kruha, i onda to zavrsim da dvije krafne. Ako nemam neki vanredni posao, u 10, 10 ipo sam u teretani. Prije toga zviznem casu vode sa kreatinom i dvije tablete muscletech hydroxycut elite da me digne ( i uspjeva) da odradim jedno sat ipo teretane.&nbsp;</div><div>Teretanu odradjujem 3+1, znaci 3 dana teretane i 1 odmora. 6 grupa misica podijelim na ta tri dana, s tim da sam mrtvo dizanje stavio pod noge.</div><div>Nakon toga zviznem koktel od wheya , dekstroze, maltodekstroze i kreatina sa vodom ( sve po jednu mjericu) i onda padnem u stanje transa jedno 2 sata ( kao morski pas kad se okrene na ledja nakon sexa :) ).</div><div>Nema rucka, nego odmaram do sljedece gvardije ( posla) koja traje od 15 do 18...</div><div>Nako toga idem na veceru i ubijem se od paste i mesa, natrpam povrca reda radi i to je to....prije nego legnem ( izmedju 21 i 22 sata) uzmem whey sa mlijekom.</div><div>Dnevno popusim oko 10 ak cigareta sa jedno 4,5 kava.&nbsp;</div><div>Pomaci su tu, svakodnevno ni tu sam zadovoljan. Jedino slabo ide taj stomak, a da budem iskren, jos ne razmisljam izmedju vjezbi raditi trbusnjake jer jednostavno nisam mentalno spreman. Kontam to rijesiti sa drugim vjezbama i ishranom...za sada to nelose izgleda ali ima li ko kakav savjet sto promijeniti u ovom rasporedu da to dignem na jos jaci nivo tako da kada dodjem doma na proljece ljudi padnu u nesvijest kada vide trbusnjake..:)</div><div>Veliki pozdrav sa Cipra...uzivajte u Blagdanima, volite se, pazite se&nbsp; ....:)</div>]]>

Ima li sto lose u ovoj kombinaciji?</div>]]>

Uzmi ih poslije treninga i onda obavezno kvalitetan obrok.. Pod kvalitetan obrok smatram obrok s visokim postotkom proteina.. To je recimo to..
