    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=868">zaczg</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1029<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2008 at 00:53<br /><br />Pozdrav svima,<br><br>novi na forumu no ne u fitnessu, koristim ga kao pomoc treninzima (ujedno sam i trener/instruktor).<br><br>No moje je pitanje druge prirode, kako se bavim sportom u kojem je vecina muskaraca, malo sam nedovoljno informiran sto se tice zena.<br><br>Djevojka bi se malo dovela u red i pocela trenirati. Cilj nam je izgubiti nekih š0-tak kg.<br><br>Planirao sam standardnu shemu, malo teretane vise crobica i crobnih vjezbi, poput trcanja.<br><br>No s nutricionisticke strane mi je malo nepoznanica, obzirom da sam uvjek radio prehrane vezane za dobivanje kg. <br><br>Znam da je formula vrlo jednostavna, trositi vise nego sto se unosi, no tu trazim savjet (vise glava uvjek bolje razmislja nego jedna).<br><br>Planirao sam ubaciti obroke u obliku shakea, uz to puno voca, drzati se bjelog mesa, ali drasticno smanjti unos hrane s time da bi se vise puta dnevno uzimalo obrok ali u malim kolicinama.<br><br>Imate kakvih ideja?<br><br>hvala!<br>]]>
