    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=24741">mariustolius</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10260<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2015 at 03:45<br /><br />pozdrav svima!<br />odlucio sam probati ciklirati uh u svrhu skidanja masnog tkiva a da ne izgubim misicnu masu.Samo nisam siguran kako to uciniti.Procitao sam kako je preporuka 2.75 grama uh po kg na umjerene dane a povecati za 125% na dane visokog i smanjiti za 75% na dane niskog unosa uh.Unos proteina i masti bi trebao biti isti za sve dane.<br />-No to mi se cini kao previse uh.pogotov nakon sto sam citao kako neki ne unose uopce uh na dane niskog unosa.Pa bi molio za misljenje nekog tko ima iskustva s ovom dijetom.<br />-Imam 82,83 kg,190 cm i zelim se rijesiti malo sala sa donjeg dijela trbuha.treniram 4 dana tj sa utezima i lagani kardio 3,4 puta tj.Zanima me koliko bi trebao unositi uh/p/m u danima visokog,umjerenog i niskog unosa uh,koliko bi dugo trebao biti na ovakoj dijeti i jel mozda bolja opcija ketogena dijeta?hvala<br />]]>
