Da li samna dobrom putu i kojim vijezbama unaprijediti rad na trbusnima?</p><p>hvala</p><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></table> <br><br>Pa sad ovisi nekad kardio vjezbanje nije najbolji put do smanjenja BF.<br><br>Pitate se zasto,e pa zato jer s trcanjem i bajsom kojeg vozite ako i mrsavite koza vam mohavi dosta a i cim prestanete desava se jo-jo efekt.<br><br>Po meni je teretana bolja 2x od kardio vjezbe!<br><br>ja sam imo 3 operacije uha od toga 2x tumor,one su bile su u razdoblju od 3 godine i u tom razdoblju nakon svake operacije sam dobio 8 do š0 kg i nisma uspjevo skinut ni pola vec dosla druga,tako da sam nakon 3 godine bio tezi 30 i nes kila(imo sma i jos par operacija ali dobivo sam puno kod ovih jer je oporavak dug)<br><br>Znaci nakon tih 3 godine tezio sam š08kg,sad 2 godine kasnije imam 89 kg.<br>Mogu vam reci nikad nisam volio kardio vjezbu i u teretani nisma presao š0 km na traci od kad idem!<br>Ali zato teretanu sam dosta zagrizo ne toliko zbog kilaze neg zato sta je bila dobra ekipa koja je isla pa mi je bilo i zabavno radit!<br><br>tajna kako smrsat dosta je da radite noge,a noge zato sto su najveca misicna skupina!Kombinirajte teske kilaze s manje ponavljanja max do 8 i lakse kilaze s ponavljanjima od 20 do 40.Mozda necete toliko gubit zeljenu kilazu vjezbajuci s utezima ali ogledalo ce sve reci!<br><br>ps:<br>uzmite u obzir da sam nabio dosta misicne mase koja je teza od masnog tkiva!<br>kad sma krewno poceo sma s 50 kg u bencu a sad dizem max š20 kg&nbsp;  <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by d3m0n</span>]]>
