Mene sad interesuje da li mi se to broji kao aktivnost, ili je tijelo vec naviklo na to, jer radim vec 2 godine..Znaci, magacin, dizanje paketa ulja, soka, brasna, nosenje..sve, sve..<br /><br />Trenutno radim ove vjezbe kod kuce, pa sta mislis o tome?<br /><br /><img src="http://i59.tinypic.com/2vcdv1e.jpg" border="0" />]]>

Cak sta vise, 60 kg. mi ne smeta ako cu postici da istopim salo i nabacim misice.. Zelim preoblikovati tijelo, bez obzira na brojeve na vagi. Sta predlazes? Kako i sta da radim? ]]>

Jest da je ovo naporno brojati kalorije, ali ja ne vidim drugi nacin a da se ogranicim s kolicinom koju pojedem. ]]>
