    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18929">r4mb0</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10196<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2015 at 01:03<br /><br />Pozdrav, nadam se da u teretani postoji neki trener koji ti moze pojasniti izvodjenje vjezbi, a ako nema ond dobro pogledaj neke klipove na youtubeu.<br /><br />Sto se tice ishrane, ti vjerojatno mozes jesti puno puno, dakle ja bi ti preporucio u glavnim obrocima UH + P, a u medjuobrocima UH + M. Obavezno povrca sto vise kroz dan. <br /><br />Proteini ko proteini, ako planiras biti tjelesno aktivan svakodnevno trebao bi unositi 1.5-2g/kg tjelesne mase, pa racunaj treba li ti whey ili ne treba. Ali svakako ti ne moze biti na odmet...<br /><br />Osnovne vjezbe su bench, cucanj i mrtvo dizanje, to su ti tri najvaznije vjezbe. Zasto je potrebno to raditi? Tako jer one pokrecu najvise misica naseg tijela, poticu hipertrofiju itd, mozes i progooglati malo u vezi toga.]]>

Vrlo sam mršav i slab. Prije tjedan dana sam se upisao u teretanu. Zanima me sa kojim vježbama započeti? Koje vježbe raditi kako bi što prije napredovao? Dali da odmah počnem sa uzimanjem proteina?
