Stvarno bi mi puno značilo.<br />Pisat ću i primjer jednog dana pa ako može netko da me savjetuje da li m ije prehrana u redu (održavam težinu)<br />Doručak: 2 kriške fitness kruha + namaz od sira + posni sir + paprika i rajčica<br />Ručak: Salata od hobotnice, pečena riba, krompir salata, gljive, velika miješana salata<br />MO: Mješana voćna salata, kasnije jogurt + žlicica lanenog brašna<br />Večera: Palačinka od zobenih pahuljica (zobene, jaje, posni sir) s blitvom i piletinom<br />Komentari? <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by KlaraS - 07&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2015 at 19:47</span>]]>

Kruh ne jedem osim za doručak fitnes kruh, tako da vjerujem da nije problem u ishrani.<br />Budući da sam ograničena s težinama radim s max 18 kg, po 15 ponavljanja, ili s 10 kg veći broj ponavljanja.<br />]]>

Nadam se da će netko primijetiti moje pitanje i pomoći mi u slaganju treninga.<br />Nakon razno raznih kombinacija vježbi i treninga shvatila sam da mi tijelo najbolje reagira kad radim vježbe za cijelo tijelo u svakom treningu. <br />Kako treniram kod kuće ograničena sam s težinama. Imam šipku i još 8 kg utega (ukupno 18kg)(ukupno 18 kg) te bučice od 3kg. Imam orbitrek i traku za trčanje.<br />Što se tiče anaerobnog treninga radila bih ga 3x tjedno. Željela bih ostati na sadašnjoj kilaži no radim na oblikovanju tijela, naročito donjeg dijela (stražnjica) gdje imam nešto masnih naslaga. <br />Budući da bi mi naglasak na treningu bio na donji dio tijela koliko je vježbi optimalno raditi za donji a koliko za gornji?<br />Pokušala sam s ovakvim planom :<br />ponedjeljak:<br />čučnjevi, iskoraci, mrtvo dizanje, glute bridge<br />propadanje na stolici, ženski sklek, <br />sve radim u tri serije<br /><br />srijeda: <br />bugarski čučanj, hodajući iskorak. donkey kick ("obični" i bočni)<br />triceps ekstenzija bučicom iznad glave, biceps pregib, lateralno podizanje bučicama<br /><br />petak: <br />bočni iskorak, good morning, curtsy iskorak<br />vježbe na pilates lopti za core i leđa<br /><br />nakon ovakvog treninga radim hiit na traci ili samo trčim obično 20 min<br /><br />a još dva dana vozim orbitrek ili trčim na traci oko 30 min <br /><br />Da li je program dobar? Što bi trebalo mijenjati, dodati oduzeti? Hvala svima koji će pročitati pitanje<br /><br />]]>
