   <title>HELP! Plan treninga! : U gym sam krenila tek pa jos uvijek...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26430">purplewings</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10194<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2015 at 20:01<br /><br /><div>U gym sam krenila tek pa jos uvijek nisam slozila neki konkretan plan treninga, napravim 10 min cardio i onda setam malo po spravama, uglavnom po 3 serije napravim s tim da svaki put malo povecam kilažu.</div><div>A doma napravim 7-10( kako-kad) serija po 20 čučnjeva/iskoraka/mostova. Na dan za noge i onda iduci dan isto toliko trbusnjaka ili neke od onih vjezbi na leđima za donje trbušnjake.</div><div>Sta se prehrane tiče, ne brojim si kalorije al moguće da jedem manje nego šta bi trebala. Strah me da se ne udebljam, valjda &gt;.&lt; Mislim jedem normalno ali trebala bi valjda više od normalnog...?? Ne znam. Također koristim i proteinske suplemente.</div>]]>

Po kilaži mi se čini da ti par kg, kvalitetnih naravno, nebi škodilo&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;A ako treniraš tako i toliko kao što pišeš, još se dodatno krećeš uz to, a i jedeš premalo teško da ćeš ostvariti značajniju mišićnu masu...</div><div><br></div><div>Kako točno treniraš u gymu, a kako doma? Ako doma radiš samo čučnjeve i trbušnjake, i to još bez opterećenja pa ti je prelagano i nestimulativno cijelo ovo vrijeme ništa od toga :) Pretpostavljam da je želja klasika trbuh- noge?&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Prije dva mjeseca sam pocela trenirati al vidim tek minimalne rezultate ( skoro nikakve ). Treniram doma 3x tjedno i 2-3x u teretani. U teretanu sam krenila tek ima 2 tjedna pa jos uvijek isprobavam sprave a doma uglavnom radim čučnjeve i trbusnjake. Moze li mi neko iskusniji napisat neki okvirni plan treninga kojeg bi se mogla drzati?<div>Cilj mi je povecati misicnu masu.</div><div>Hvala unaprijed :)</div>]]>
