Ako cekas svaki put 7 dana da te prodje upala pa onda opet odradis trening posle 7 dana nije ni cudo sto stalno imas upale. Ne znam koliko su ti teske te upale, da li te ometaju u svakodnevnom funkcionisanju ali ako bolovi nisu previse intenzivni, teski i ostri, ako postoji mogucnost da se smanje treniranjem mislim da je najbolje da stisnes zube i istreniras kroz tu upalu, tako ce ti se misici naviknuti na te traume i sledeci trening nece dozivljavati kao stres. Sad je tu vec stvar u tome koliko ti poznajes svoje telo, ja na primer tacno osetim kada je upala na granici povrede a kada je obicna upala koja ce da se izbije treningom... Mislim  da treba uzeti u obzir jos gomilu drugih faktora, nisi uopste rekao/la kako i sta treniras, kojim intenzitetom, u kom obimu itd]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=27253">barney stinson</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10180<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 22:00<br /><br />treniram vec oko 5 mjeseca,i imama problema sa velikim upalama<br>znaci odradim trbusnjake bez da se umorim i poslje toga imam upalu 7 dana<br>kod ostalim misica ima upalu 5-7 dana<br>prije treninga se zagrijavam i istezem,dnevno unosim 180g proteina,dovoljno uglijkohidrata,minerala i vitamina<br>cak sam kupi glutamin i sumece tablete od magnezija<br>i nista ne pomaze,i dalje mi upale traju 7 dana a treniram bez da se umorim(laganim tempom)<br>u cemu bi mogao biti problem ?<br>neka bolest ili ?<br>]]>
