Za razinu znanja većine čitatelja, možda navodi na krive zaključke. Prvo što upada u oči je usporedba bez grupiranja, jer neke od ovih namirnica sadrže skoro 90% vode, a neke cca 10% ili blizu, pa bi i navođenje postotka a ne samo apsolutnog iznosa bilo dobrodošlo, ali ...  ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10176<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 13:29<br /><br />Dosta šaroliko društvo :) No, ja baš i ne bih tamnu cokoladu stavila na sam vrh s obzirom na to da vecina nas sigurno nece stuci 100g dnevno da pokupimo ta vlakna ;) Bolje onda staviti nešto drugo što ce osigurati istu kolicinu, na puno manje enegije i nepotrebnih popratnih stvari. Lanene  su valjda pokleknule pod chiom, 10 puta skupljom :) a leca ima bar dvostruko više vlakana na 100g nego što je navedeno...evo baš ju kuham i buljim u deklaraciju :) Inace, živila vlakna, uz dovoljan unos vode i postupno povecanja njihovog unosa ako niste navikli ;) Ne pretjerivati ali ni ne zanemarivati.]]>
